Meet the CEO and Founder of KB1Pro

When Joseph M. Guagenti formed the company, he did so with the intention of creating a company that is nimble, significant, and able to provide the SAP Business One community with quality support and development of SAP Business One Add-ons. His idea emerged from the demand for stable, reliable Add-on solutions. Also, the boundless possibilities of new Add-ons were impossible to resist. So he abandoned his lucrative career to realize his ideas for the SAP Business One generation. With vision and talent, he created a company specializing in SAP Business One performance optimization and add-on and venture development, a company that could be innovative and agile in responding to the opportunities of tomorrow.

Before starting KB1Pro, Joseph enjoyed a thriving career as a software designer in the high demanding field of the gaming industry for over twenty years. In 2003, he decided to broaden his horizon by developing software applications for the Health care industry and subsequently the SAP Business One market. Strict development standards and quality assurance shaped Joseph into a finely tuned software engineer and project manager with keen analytical skills. While designing video games, crucial deadlines and superior quality determined the success and profitability of the product. Missed deadlines or poorly developed software translated into millions of dollars in lost sales and recalls. Hence, Joseph does not believe in getting a project done quickly at the cost of quality because this type of development only creates software that is a maintenance nightmare and difficult to support or enhance. Guided by his extensive experience and knowledge, he applies the same techniques and strict standards to the development of SAP Business One Add-on solutions.
