SAP B1 Item Master Data features:

  • Item code (SKU) and description updated from SAP B1 to e-commerce website.
  • Item prices and stock quantities updated from SAP B1 to e-commerce website.
  • Categorization of e-commerce website item catalog is based on Item Master Data Item Group defined in SAP B1.
  • Different online item pricings based on SAP B1 Item Price List pricing.
  • Removes SAP B1 items from the e-commerce website that are no longer available for sale.
  • Attached product images used in SAP B1 are transferred to website and used in item catalog.
  • Default SAP B1 item price based on a price list defined in SAP B1, such as the Base Price List.

SAP B1 Business Partner Master Data features:

  • Price List assigned in SAP B1 Business Partner Master Data is used for item pricing for each business partner e-commerce website login.
  • Business Partner Master Data -> General, E-Mail and Password are used to automatically create a BP Company e-commerce user account.
  • All Bill to and Ship to Addresses defined in Business Partner Master Data -> Addresses are added to the BP Company user account.
  • Business Partner Master Data -> Contact Persons, E-Mail and Password are used to automatically create e-commerce user accounts for BP online customers.
  • All Bill to and Ship to Addresses defined in Business Partner Master Data -> Addresses are added to each BP Company user account.
  • The default Bill to address defined in SAP B1 is used as the default address for newly created e-commerce BP Company and BP Company Contact Persons' user accounts.
  • Automatic grouping of new Business Partner user accounts by Price List and by Business Partner Code for easy maintenance and website reports.
  • Remove BP Company and BP Company user accounts by simply clearing the Password in SAP B1 on the Business Partner Master Data -> General or Business Partner Master Data -> Contact Persons.
  • Each website BP defined in SAP B1 can be granted access to different secured sections of the website.

SAP B1 Sales Orders:

  • All online sales create a Sales Order in SAP B1.
  • Shipping charges, calculated using Ubercart and Drupal Modules like UPS, FedEx, and USPS, are automatically used on SAP B1 Sales Order.
  • New website user orders automatically create a new BP partner in SAP B1. This includes Bill To and Ship To address.
  • Orders created in SAP B1 are transferred to the clients Order history online.
  • Order status in SAP B1 is transferred to the client's Order status online.
  • Website order history cleanup allows you to set the number of days to keep closed orders on the website.

SAP B1 Users:

  • A website login account is created for all SAP B1 defined users.  They are assigned a website role based on the SAP B1 department they are assigned to.
  • A website role is created for each department defined in SAP B1. Website roles are used to grant access to secured sections of the website.
