Active Development Buy-In

The project is under active development and milestones delivered. To become a stakeholder in this product a buy-in premium plus back milestone payments need to be made. Once the payment is processed future invoices will reflect the standard Per Milestone Payment.

After each milestone delivered there is a financial increase to become a stakeholder in the product. Early investors take a larger risk and deserve a bigger return on a successful product. Investors who wait to see the progress or finished product have a much lower risk. For this reason, after each milestone delivery, a premium increase is applied to become a stakeholder.
To become a stakeholder in a project where milestones have already been delivered. You first need to make payment for delivered milestones to become even with current stakeholders along with the Buy-In Premium.

SAP Business Partners receive a discount for offering the product to their customers. The discount applies to the Purchase Price, Subscription Model, and Maintenance Fee. Keep in mind, a lower percentage will generate a larger profit per sale but may result in fewer sales. A larger percentage will generate a smaller profit per sale but may increase the number of sales. Percentage of ownership and Stakeholder voting determine final discount to Partners.
